Shipping policy

**Processing Time**
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**Shipping Destinations**
We ship within Germany, and across the European Union, as well as internationally. Shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout.

**Estimated Delivery Times**
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

**Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

**Customs and Import Duties**
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For international orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

**Lost or Damaged Shipments**
